1. Coverage and contact
This policy covers the Brainelo AI app, website, and support interactions. Send access, privacy, or deletion requests to privacy@brainelo.ai.
2. Creative inputs and generated scenes
Brainelo AI processes scene descriptions, character and environment prompts, reference images, motion directions, camera guidance, generation settings, and feedback. This information supports text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video creation. Generated frames and clips may be stored temporarily for delivery or longer when you save them.
3. Profile and technical information
If you use an account, we may process your email address, user ID, sign-in state, saved scenes, and preferences. To operate the app, we may process device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate region, IP address, generation status, feature events, crash logs, performance information, and security indicators.
4. How information supports the service
- Generate and deliver the frames, variations, and clips you request
- Maintain a scene library when you choose to save work
- Apply model limits, credits, or subscription access where offered
- Screen requests and outputs for safety and legal compliance
- Investigate errors, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

5. Processing partners
We may send creative inputs to contracted image and video generation providers. Separate providers may support cloud storage, account login, payments, crash reporting, security, moderation, and customer support. Providers process data to perform those services and under applicable contractual or legal safeguards.
We do not sell personal information or use private scene projects for third-party advertising.
6. Safety review and legal disclosure
Automated classifiers and limited authorized review may be used to identify child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, harmful impersonation, unlawful exploitation, infringement, and other prohibited uses. We may prevent generation, remove media, restrict access, or report information when legally required. We may also disclose information in response to valid legal process or an urgent safety need.
7. How long information is kept
Unsaved prompts, references, and outputs may be retained for a limited period to finish generation, support retries, protect the service, and investigate reports. Saved scenes remain until you remove them or delete your account, with limited exceptions for backups, transaction records, safety evidence, and legal duties.
8. Permissions and controls
Internet access is needed for generation. Photo, video, file, or camera access is requested only when you choose to import, capture, or export media. Optional notifications may report generation completion. Android settings let you change these permissions.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export personal information. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request. In-app deletion controls may also be available for individual projects.
10. Age, security, and cross-border processing
Brainelo AI is not intended for children under 13 or a higher minimum age required locally. We apply reasonable security measures, but no online system is risk-free. Processing may occur in other countries subject to safeguards required by applicable law.

We may change this policy when our models, providers, features, or legal obligations change. The date above shows the current version.
