1. Your agreement
By using Brainelo AI, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be old enough to consent to online services under local law and capable of entering this agreement.
2. Scene creation tools
Brainelo AI offers text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video generation oriented around scenes and motion. Model access, duration, resolution, limits, and processing time can vary or change.
3. Rights in creative material
You retain the rights you already hold in prompts and reference media. You authorize us to host, transmit, adapt, and process that material only to operate, moderate, secure, and support the service. We do not claim ownership of generated scenes, subject to applicable law and the rights of others.
You must have all necessary copyright, privacy, publicity, and consent rights for uploaded people, characters, locations, logos, and other protected material.
4. Responsible storytelling rules
Brainelo AI may not be used for child sexual abuse material; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; harmful or fraudulent impersonation; exploitation, trafficking, or harassment; unlawful extremist content; instructions for serious wrongdoing; or content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights. Do not defeat safeguards, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
5. Synthetic-media responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing and appropriately disclosing generated or edited media where law, platform rules, or context requires it. Do not present generated scenes as authentic evidence or use them to mislead people about real events. Outputs may contain visual artifacts, bias, unexpected similarities, or factual errors.
6. Originality and commercial use
Brainelo AI does not guarantee that an output is unique, non-infringing, registrable, or suitable for advertising, merchandising, broadcast, or other commercial use. Obtain legal advice and third-party permissions when your use requires them.
7. Accounts and paid access
If accounts or paid generation options are provided, protect your login credentials and review the price, renewal, and cancellation information before purchase. Google Play purchases are also subject to its billing and refund policies. Generation resources may be consumed when a request begins, as disclosed at purchase and permitted by law.
8. Moderation and termination
We may reject prompts, stop generation, remove saved scenes, restrict features, or suspend accounts to enforce these Terms, comply with law, address safety concerns, or protect service availability. Illegal content may be preserved or reported when required.
9. Service ownership
Our software, scene workflow, interface, website content, and Brainelo AI branding are owned by us or our licensors. No right to copy, resell, distribute, or create derivative services is granted except as expressly permitted.
10. Disclaimers, liability, and contact
To the lawful extent, Brainelo AI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of availability or a specific result. We exclude indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages where permitted. Non-waivable consumer rights are not affected. Questions may be sent to hello@brainelo.ai.
